Secrets revealved - 1

I no longer feel obligated to keep silent on things I'm told to keep my mouth shut.

SF executives broke their promise and trust when the decided to out sources my friends in ET.

Here is something to chew on for all you technical analyst and software developers. Those were the roles to get cut. ET executives don't value that role. They keep architects and cut the other roles. And for another insider secret, don't trust your friendly architect co-workers, they were helping select the people to get cut.

Nice. So much for the "family".

Stay tuned for more.

Architects draw little pictures, developers and engineers build things that make things run so let little tarkie bite his towel while he takes it from behind in meetings with “upper” mismanagement!

All the down votes and laughs. Must be the freaks who get big pay to act like technocrats or cutting edge software engineering gurus. And architects. Fakes and frauds. Like most insistent systems folks.

Architects and agile structure are a way to ram rod cr-p through with personal data that should not and is so called cutting edge when it’s not. API nightmare. You won’t hear architects say this cause they get Kudos with Salesforce cr-p and integrations calling it reducing technical debt and Predictive modeling and “Einstein” and AI. It’s all deception and a way to steal and sell/share data and call it risk management. All At employee and policyholder expense.

What a cultish Systems Sept and leaders Farm has. Consumers beware

The loyalty went out the window years ago for field positions. It just started hitting corporate positions with the ET restructure a few years ago.

Uh so…I’m not exactly seeing a “secret” here.

No company is loyal to an employee. Only a fool believes otherwise.
