Rainy day fund? Are these people onon dr-gs? Avaya would have to disclose having $500 million free cash. And if they had that much money lying around then why did they borrow $650 million at loan shark rates in June?
This 'im the best corporate citizen because I blow smoke" sh-t has to end. Enough already.

Of course Avaya as a brand name will survive. Will the company? That’s more difficult and depends if investors / creditors can see the future as a going concern or if they feel it would be better to find buyers for the best bits.

Avaya marketing STILL blowing money? Ha. Glad you shared...we will send this to the BK judge and the SEC for contributed violations of Fiduciary Duty. And then the marketing people can also be at risk for criminal charges.

🤣😂🤣🤣😂
Gaslighting people and facts doesn't change FACTS!
You look like a deranged clown to Rah Rah Avaya. Get a grip. It's actually most concerning that so few Avaya employees have basic business aptitude.

They’re buying a Big Game (can’t say SB) ad…so they’ll survive

"Survive"
"Save"
Neither words are applicable to the situation at hand. It's like you have zero idea what is in motion and what the facts are. Did you even read the 8k's filed with the SEC?

The only question at hand is HOW Avaya will enter bankruptcy. Based on HOW they enter, then we can discuss their potential in restrctiring and post restructuring.
And that's when the facts will be impossible to deny.

  1. Avayas vase business is nowhere near where they have LIED and claimed it was. First step is Avaya will have to admit how many revenue clients they actually have. And it ain't anywhere close to 90k.
  2. Partners are DONE. Period. They will spend all energy moving clients and end users AWAY from Avaya and most will just leave Avaya all together.
  3. NO NEW CLIENTS. No clients CFO will sign off on bying into Avaya after 2 bankruptcies in 6 yrs.

Nidal being named SVP of sales is telling. It's most likely Avaya will just focus on key markets where they can survive. US ain't one of them.

I don’t see it. Every Avaya partner across North America and probably the globe has moves away from Avaya. What little loyalty was left after the first bankruptcy is gone now. Ames no business sense to have loyalty to a sinking ship.

But of course! Avaya is fighting to get $450m bankruptcy financing approved but they have an extra $500m lying around? So glad my fellow employees are total tools who believe this cr-p. A brain trust of people who don't know how to add 2+2. Not to mention the federal LAWS that would prohibit them from using such money without serious Enron-like consequence.

That sounds about right.
As it would immediately result in criminal charges for Avaya execs who authorize the $500m by the SEC.
Precisely what the SEC has been waiting for. Bring it on! Let's lock those BoD members and the C Suite up!

The Rainy day fund that the BOD will released on Wednesday $500m off balance sheet will save Ayaya
