Don't believe N-p Sword

Dip sword may dress in his black and red flannel to deliver his message to the masses like he is simple down home good old boy, but don't believe that. He is a cut throat shrewd business man.

Did you know he cries at "leadership" meetings, but it is all an act. So touching because he care so much. Liar.

#1 goal is expense reduction, why? Bigger bonus. Management bonuses were impacted this year because of expenses.

Don't bother cutting the waste around executive privilege, just cut people.

I think at this point going after mister T is sort of a misstep. Its the boards fault at this point. Clearly they dont care about the employees and customers (many whom are customers and employees both)

How long does the board allow this once great company to sell its culture and people for a bigger executive bonus?

No too much time has passed with this sh-t show to be blamed only on the guy as the public face of this transition. Rust has just as much a hand in this as Tippy.

Business is NOT how you can hurt people. That's not what made SF the once was best choice.

@1zjy. They don't know you??? They know everything about you. An insurance company has access to unbelievable amounts of personal information. Only a niave person would think otherwise. Yes it is a business but when a worker is told it's a business decision without any further information or being involved in the business decision it is evident the company is being run like a dictatorship. Just ask AIG employees. Employees if faced with facts and knowledge are powerful moreso than a board looking at accounting spreadsheets.

@uox….but a little perspective. They don’t know you, so it cannot possibly be personal. I know it feels bad anyway…but it truly is just business.

Management at SF are like cops who abuse their authority and get off on it.

Just remember their lies are shrouded in "it's a business decision" and they say not to take it personally. Like every bully, they all will eventually meet their match.
