Outsourced as their toxic culture, and inability to be present, engaged and informed is only growing to the detriment of the business and growing needs. A provider could do so much more.
Natural path will be to outsource as the portfolio reduces and the company ceases to operate in arduous places. Watch they space….

The only things that won't be outsourced in Exxon are Darren, Neil, and Jack. Everything and everybody else will be outsourced to India. Get used to it. If you are still employed by Exxon in any other country but India you should be looking for another job like right now.

Definitely lost it's relevance. Just following outdated policies and procedures to play it safe.
Some good professionals in that group, but has lost it’s place in the SSHE pecking order.
