Just saying… lots of useless posts that do nothing for anyone. Is there anyone left at xerox, that has a clue? And the comments here do nothing to help situation. Just pointing that out, but it should be obvious by now.

3 types of people left at xerox. Just an FYI.
Foolish people completely unaware or incapable of caring about much of anything. They Keep working because they don’t know what else to do.
(Waiting for the guy that keeps saying…” no transferable skills and raise the dividend” to chime in as well. )
People on the take, that know whats going on, and allowing it to happen. As they are rewarded for looking the other way, and denying that there are any issues. They will call you a liar to your face.
The Elitists. The people at, or near the top that know exactly what they are doing, and it how it will harm the company. They have no care about anything except the countdown timer on their desk, that counts the days until they can open a golden parachute and escape with their bonus plan. They already have an exit strategy and they will use it, after destroying anything that gets in their way. They will let nothing interfere.
Pretty much sums it up. Just about anyone with any ethics left, is gone or long gone from this pandoras box.

Most of the experienced techs are gone from my team except for one burned out s-b. They are hiring new techs with no experience who don't have much for support except whatever third nation call center can scrap out of documentation, which the tech already has...
Just because X can fill a position does not mean it is viable to the future of the company. Customers are tired of the lies, long wait times, and absolutely horrible experience. Many already jumping ship, some test driving and replacing with competitors.
You are living some corporate fantasy if you believe this company is crawling it's way out of this mud pit, it's not.

Xerox shares are losing ground Thursday, after the printer and document management company posted solid financial results for the fourth quarter, but said revenue will be flat to lower this year.
That downbeat forecast comes as investors await details from Xerox (ticker: XRX) on potential moves to shift the strategic direction of the business. With the enterprise printing business now showing little growth, Wall Street has been hoping for years to see Xerox take steps to unlock shareholder value.
With supply chain issues easing back and revenue now flowing more consistently, hiring is back in full swing. Layoffs will be few and far between, barring any economic challenges that show up in 2023 worldwide.
Roughly hiring of close to 150 sales/account managers in the US. Roughly 100 service techs in select cities. Those that still work here can easily see job postings although a lot of job reqs are still pending.
Close to 250 in other admin/engineer/misc roles.

What did you expect? It’s not a news site, anyone can write whatever comes to their mind. That doesn’t meen it has no value at all. On the contrary, it can be very useful if you know how to read it.
Skip the “I’m just venting” threads. Look for clues and read between a lines. Try paying attention to keywords and to the frequency of posts (number of responses, votes and visits). You know the saying, if there is a smoke..
Also, from tome to time we do get accual and detailed leaks, you’ll know it’s real as soon as you read it.
