PZ will show you how much he cares about you on Feb 24 with your less than prior year’s bonuses while he sits back counting his $50M. At least you will be walking out the door to your new job before your raise (that is pathetically less than your health insurance hikes) takes effect. Pity the employees remaining that will again pick up more work with diminishing returns.

No bonus under par STI. Why are folks still there.
Everything is BS and Belony here.
Is that AIG or Corebridge. I guess each area will have different STI payouts.
I have confirmed STI is BELOW 100% for the worker bee's....
Enjoy!
Raises?! Riiiiiiiiiiight
Assuming this is correct, CPI is at 9% so you only lost 4% of your annual income this year. In true AIG mentality you are happy about that? Wow.
Could be for some people, but not everyone is getting 110 percent.
Lol on the GI comment. Maybe in the business side…
I am in GI where rumors of 110% & 5% comp are circulating. Can anyone confirm?
It’s Friday so I’m taking a floating holiday today. Pretty much every Friday for the remainder of 2023 will be a floating holiday.
Thanks for the extra 26 days off PZ! None of which will be logged in Workday.
But at least we got more holidays……knew those extra days off came with strings attached
True, the official sti/col dollar amounts were distributed to management yesterday. They are dismal in this time of high inflation with people struggling to make ends meet.
Thousands more will be going bare minimum part time when they see the sti and cost of living results. Keep screwing the staff PZ, the staff has ways to sc--w you right back especially in a collective effort. This will end badly.
It is confirmed. Meager cost of living increases and disappointing sti. AIG is in wind down self destruct employee mode. Maybe that was the plan all along?
Now you know what it must have felt like to work for Kmart in the 90's.
At least I got chicken!
