How are the Bonuses percentages looking for everyone. I had a great performance review but only getting 90 percent.

Increment will be 1% how many years they have been giving the same. They can give it as a prize money to the upper management. This will not be for everybody. Folks who don’t get it will be given as 2% to another member. If there are 4 members and the manager hated 3 liked only one the 4th member will get 4%. One from the 3 will get laid off.
They screwed everybody by making them look like a lame duck.
110% for me personally, which is my highest in probably 5-6 years. Comp is still under review but I am hearing as low as 3% and as high as 5%
My group just learned that we are getting our full STI at the end of February.
I get more then 100% every year, if if get less this year After they said business is going great, I suppose things Aren't going that well. Said that, I found a new balance on working the least possible. If only we had more wfh days it would be perfect!!
This company is a loser. They want everybody to voluntarily leave the company and everything will be owned by Accenture. They might take your STI and give it to acccenture.

The definition of insanity is AIG. Every dang year there are issues with the comp process, every one! You would think that HR would work really hard to get it right one time. Not this year!
the system to input STI literally just opened up to L5 managers yesterday. You wouldn't know what your percentage is so quickly.
I'm not sure how you would know what your bonus is just yet as they just opened it up for planning purposes on Jan 26th
You have an entire year to plan this process and every year it is a complete circus. It is amazing this company even exists in the modern world.
AIG. I am thinking Corebridge may have different comps than AIG.
AIG or CRBG? At CRBG, the system just opened last night for comp planning and so it will be a while before we hear anything on comp
Still waiting for upper management to bless our department with our percentages. Why is everything so non-transparent and unorganized in this company?
