The only buying any insider would be doing is one last pump for nostalgia.
The far off ➕ possibility is one group achieves 50% ownership ..which pathetically is now for the low low price of $20m AND (most importantly) is willing to go all in and fight the fight and pay down the debt, AND Avaya BoD & Apollo haven't already signed the DIP AND havent finalized the BK Package to submit to a Chapter 11 judge.
That is a string of near impossible IF's that would need to occur
AND that 'group' or 'individual' doesn't have ANY power until after submitting many legal letters and AVYA BoD could act swiftly to execute before that group/individual could force them to pause.
