Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Over last year, stock down 60 dollars. Mike gets 15.4 million in comp

Well everyone who is looking blood red in their GESPP must be so proud Mike has "earned" a cool 250k per each dollar loss in 3M shares.

Tireman is probably making decent dough and flying 1st class and eating like a Rockefeller on 3Ms dime too.

What's not to like here, right?

DeKalb and F. City Distro Center strikes would drop 3M to its knees ahead of HC spin-off.

Interesting point out on Woodlans plant. Heard the big customer has left and that plant is in doldrums now?

I were in a non-union plant, I'd be reaching out to union organizers ASAP. In a union plant, I suggest being ready to strike fast and wildcat if needed.

There are a few plants that could cripple a good part of 3M with a month-long site-wide strike. (Cottage Grove, Hutch, Nevada, DK6, Juechen, being just a few. Brookings would massively foul up HCBG. A couple in Asia are weak points too - Woodlands especially.)

There should be performance accountability from top to bottom - but it appears there are different rules for leadership.

Unionize.......
