Down 2800 people from year end 2022. A psychological hit, I think, if employment drops below 20,000.

I'm one of the ones who found another job and voluntarily left in 2022. Best decision I ever made. I make a lot more money, have a better manager/leadership team, bonuses, stock options, 401K match each pay period, unlimited vacation and I also do not pay for healthcare anymore as it is provided by my new employer without money coming out of my check every 2 weeks. I have a small $500 deductible for co-pays after that its 100% covered.
There are better companies out there that will treat you like a human being instead of cattle headed to sl------r. Staying is pointless at this juncture with their declining business model. Find the type of job you desire and work toward improving your resume with certifications, etc and get out of that place.
when did X ever have 100k without acs? 70s, 80s? honest question
Where are all the hires? again honest question
Remember when employment was well over 100 thousand and that was before the I’ll fated ACS purchase which was used to jack up employment numbers .
Mighty Xerox is but a shell of itself today ..
This is what you’re going to hang your hat on? So we aren’t in a decline and we had less people. Hmmm…Looks like we can do more with less. Although we’re hiring everywhere now so that number will tick back up now that we can ship products again.
