Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Winning?

Stock down 6.25% after 4q earnings call. Winning? Go back to approving ink pen requests....be sure to make sure Quality reviews the request to make sure it is indelible blue or black ink. It will take at least two JG 14 - 16 to make that decision. Is anyone really suprised we are at where we are??? Sad.

I wonder what end year rating did MR get for the year 2022. my guess would be ˋexceptional´ for exceptionally effing up everything he had committed to do.

Are we winning Mike ??? , worst performance of any CEO in 3M , 5 years of continued losses, layoffs, spin-offs, shakedowns of BGs. Wonder what standard they apply to evaluate !! Should have been packed Year 1 ..seems like there is no one out there to push him out.

Think of the lowest stock price in 12 years as a gift to buy low and sell high. You don’t get many of these golden opportunities.

Mike Roman’s compensation was mostly cash. Only a small portion was in stock. Back in the day, it was the other way around as in incentive to grow the company.

I’m still bullish on 3M. We’re to big to fail.

You’re going to be sick of so much winning by the time roman, monish and vale are done! Look for Roman to onboard a few more of his pets like AG in usac and the wins are just going to keep piling on! So much winning

Grounding your sales force and firing your production workers is a great way to win.

A company that claims to be customer centric and then completely grounds its sales force from traveling is doomed to die. Throw in tireman is flying 1st class everywhere to tell people that the only true fixed cost is depreciation, because that's what he learned at Starbucks and tirehub and it's no wonder the "losing is winning" mindset of M&M boys.
