"After a thorough review of all factors related to our Vine City and Howell Mill Road stores, we have made the decision to reopen our Vine City location as a Walmart Neighborhood Market and permanently close our Howell Mill Road location," a spokesperson said in a statement to Best Life. "Unfortunately, a variety of economic headwinds existed at both stores before they were closed due to arson."

Way too much theft in the whole Atlanta area. They just need to get out of there entirely
Those two stores are in cess pool locations. Just drive through there and look out your car windows.
Well, at least the decision is half right. Would have been better to dump both stores and walk (run) away from both. There’s nothing of socially redeeming value at those locations. They will just burn and loot the neighborhood market once it’s in place. Hopefully, Walmart will take their time and drag their heels a while…… maybe more factors to simply close both and walk away will surface.
