It is true that they often avoid giving answers to the questions that actually interest employees the most. I think it would be interesting to have a thread with all such questions and concerns for which we still do not have clear answers from the leadership. Let's list them here.

The key is to remember if you want a direct answer to a specific and direct question is to frame your question in the correct context so that the leadership team can form a derivative subset of answers to address the question in a multifaceted manner - this would pretty much guarantee they have to provide the most simplest and cohesive answer.
