Being pulled in every direction and my team hates me but I don't blame them. Every month is worse than the last.

I've given in. The non stop nagging, hcl, everyone is a brown nose. I'm joining the other schmucks and gonna go all in for Xerox now. Real serious hard work like my new religion.
Why don’t you just quit instead of crying on here like a little pu$$ pu$$? Now that we’re hiring everywhere it’s time to get the good for nothings out of the company. Either do your job or stfu and leave.

A pay cut
Working at the burned out shell of a dying company, pretty much…. That is the issue. And…..
Everyone leaving and all the rest left there are Bamboozled into believing that they need to do more with less, for a company that is completely in a nose dive, with no one at the helm.
Then they lay the guilt on you, as if you created all these problems by not working smart enough, or effectively enough. While they give nothing but email directives from above, with blank assurances that they have help on the way. No one is interviewing for xerox, and if somehow they do get a potential candidate, there is no way they are going to stay here, with the insanity that mutates here on a daily basis.
Thats why…just so you know….
So what is the issue ?
