I think they play Rock-Paper-Scissor at lunch and then make command decisions on the fate of the little people.
As all the decisions made over the past 2 decades the next one only lasts as long as it takes for them to stumble upon the next greatest idea. As soon as one new initiative is implemented they are planning the next.

Surely continuing to sc--w up the company with their short and narrow visions and inept inability to run things. Furthering of the toxic and abusive "culture" that they seem to think so highly of. Of course they in the executive suite will continue to prosper and thrive while the rest of us suffer and get cast out of jobs replaced by third work grunts making pennies on the dollar. Just another year in Good Hands!
