I am out on extended leave. If I am out on leave on my forecasted last day is my severance paid to me? Also I am a disabled employee who was part of the December layoffs. Do not trust HR to ask. Please help!

HR is not your friend! They try to save the company money. I suggest talking to a labor attorney and know your rights before it’s too late. Well wishes…
