most of mst pay comes from vendors. sooooo, lowes will be saving more money for higher-ups and shareholders which means pay raises and security for them. bottom line.

They already cut Fulfillment in half in my store, so sales floor associates are back to pulling orders. Because we have nothing else to do :(
Need to stop hiring MST employees and hire some Red Vest employees so we can actually have people to help customers

The asm/ Mst red vest will be an aligned schedule as store asm. Weekends etc.
Wonder what the schedule will be for the MST ASM? WIll they be aligned with red vest ASM pay?
Wake up a nearby MST associate and tell them the news.
Every red vest in our store would apply for MST for the day sked and weekends off.
After a week they hate it. Most boring useless work you'll ever do. And you're treated like a 3rd grader. You're held to a standard that red vests never see. Oh and you're also the store janitors. Have fun with that!
Asm/ Mst being added, Mst green team lead, Dqc position is being eliminated officially Feb 1st. Mst will absorb plants and watering . Then quarter 2 Mst will absorb irp process and quarter 3 will absorb fulfillment due to these process not being customer centric.
