My salary is 8% more than 5 years ago. Inflation has been reported around 20% over this period, but food and rent increase were way above this. We used to complain about below-market salaries, but now our salary do not even keep up with the living costs.

Depends who you ask. Look at execs salary in the last 2-3 years.. doubled.. it's public info.
Think yourselves lucky. Sabre could be following Intel's example of 25%, 15%, 10%, and 5% pay cuts and they're in a much better financial position than Sabre.
in all fairness, this is true of nearly every company, not just at sabre
Only good joining package.. it goes nowhere from there
Change jobs, this is the only choice.
