Thread regarding Resideo Technologies layoffs

Resideo needs to stop being anti Indian when we own the whole technology and marketing, basically the whole company is India driven
Austin needs to shape up

As one can read in the previous posts the main issue in resideo is coming from people who 30 years ago may have produced something in honeywell but have since leeched on the work of others … the belief that they deserve to be rewarded even more by freeloading (after decades of receiving large amount of money) is really the biggest issue impeding resideo from moving forward.
And having an incompetent Brian type in charge is not going to help. We would be trading one kind of he-l for another.
I would say send them all packing

Brian (whoever that is) should be CTO

To those VPGMs…. I have never seen a fellow, new (or those that are branded honeywell and dumped by it) that did not:
Betray friends
Backstab anyone in order to maintain a fake track of success
And also Shown a total disregard to other humans
Create fake hurdles for other to prove themselves - hurdles they would have never passed themselves previously
So….Welcome to the honeywell way of fellowship that infected resideo.
Those people have no friends and are nasty people
Hence why we need a clean up - they are poison.

Resideo is Indian so it’s true it should all be managed by India. No if or buy
The VPGM of PMO who is also a fellow showed us the way

The main issue is the software in Austin the top directors should be from the country that has the knowledge not the old fashion dude with flip flop and sweet manipulative talks
