Cisco is a horrible company to work for. Most companies like Cisco stifle people's talent.

A lot of HR, hiring managers and talent acquisitions of other companies used to want to hire anyone who previously worked at Cisco, but not anymore, these days.
Because more and more HR, hiring managers and talent acquisitions of other tech companies have got to know the reality of the level of Cisco employees who are actually lower a level than people at other tech companies. So the longer people stay at Cisco, the more disadvantage they will have when looking for a job outside Cisco.
Cisco ELT and HR need to accept that blatant racism by their Indian execs and staff is occurring and it is as illegal and damaging as any other form of racism.
The lack of diversity esp in Engineering is a big factor. If you look at other tech companies Csco has a very disproportionate ratio favoring a certain ethnic group. Most of ones laid off from recent LR are obviously not their kind. Just appalling.

That curiosity had long left him to where he had come to loathe anything that put him out of his comfort zone.
She didn't understand how changed worked. When she looked at today compared to yesterday, there was nothing that she could see that was different. Yet, when she looked at today compared to last year, she couldn't see how anything was ever the same.
