Sales had our annual program a couple weeks back and it felt like a cheap wedding. I'm appreciative, but the venue, food, and prizes were a waste of time. Not looking to showboat but things are tough all around, team.

Give me a break. The Presidents Club! What about Customer Support, Service, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and all the other folks in the value chain which enable you to sell and see a reward? Presidents Reward Only Makes Sense if it is open to all and not some insiders only reward! It’s back but useless!

Darn, what am I gonna do with the 40k bonus I got this year for my performance in 2022? Sigh, I guess I will have to spend some of that money on my own Presidents Club trip. So many choices, so little time!
never forget. xerox sales reps are cannon fodder and are to be treated as such always. hire them, burn the points out of them and then dump them. repeat as often as required.

Problem solved. Put reps on 100% commission and monthly draw, then 6 months from now farm out all sales to HCL: executive bonus increase @ 489% with 1.6 % increase to dividend. Moist chicken at prez club and Stock price unch.

Xerox sales people deserve nothing. They sell deals that lose money and are bad for the company, which lost over $300 million in Q3 of 2022.
Xerox need to significantly raise prices and begin charging for everything. This flat rate nonsense is outdated and isn't working.

I know how you feel, it is a big deal, that meal was unreal. Standards have been set and yet they're not being met. How cheap can a company get? Ran my name through the dirt, didn't even win a shirt and now my ego starting to hurt.
Meanwile, in reality, the entire company is falling apart. But please, continue to eat little sandwiches at some venue rental.
