I came to read about the MS layoffs and stumbled on the negative sentiments for VMware's future. I'm not concerned. We have great employees, an incredible market, incredible leadership, our product portfolio is unmatched, and cloud adoption will remain complex and difficult. VMware drives value that customers love, and the reason that I love working at VMware. This is what we do... I'd say go ahead and look for alternatives if you're not passionate about the product, but we're going to go ahead and make Broadcom+VMware or VMware the best company it can be. Our customers are some of the best in the world. Our leaders are clearly some of the most successful in the industry. 2023 will be amazing!

Most companies have a short list of partners they will align to for long-term strategic initiatives. Highly doubtful VMW is included.
