I hope that I will get a new job before I get laid off. For a long time, employees were given false hope that changes would bring the company back on track, however, the situation was getting worse and worse here. But when did it all start? What triggered this decline from which Avaya cannot successfully recover? It's become obvious to me that there is no hope for this company.

It started day 1 from Lucent spin-off. In 23 years, 2 were profitable and in the past 15 years, revenue only rose from Nortel before continuing to decline.
Lots of lies. Even more people who were more than happy to spin the lies like good corporate soldiers. All against the law (yet they will gaslight us all and therefore we are wrong and they are right). They don't know how to stop the lies.
The pathetic employees who voted this post down are despicable.

THE LIES. That was the trigger. The BOGUS ONE CLOUD that product solution marketing aggressively spun. The total BS "LOOK HERE NOT THERE" game. All puppets who played along are CRIMINAL for NOT A) VERIFYING FACTS before spinning your ONE CLOUD BS/ B) IF You were smart enough to not need to verify -- then WHY THE HECK DID YOU NOT REPORT THE BS?
