To save 3M, work is the answer. This means getting up on time, making your bed, and collaborating in person in a real work environment. Woke-ism will destroy 3M and it is happening fast.

It would be wise of you to separate work from home and "woke".
They are definitely two different things. I
We’re a company with wasting disease. Basically Sears when Eddie Lampert started transferring all the real estate into his name. No “working hard” or wearing buttons and BSing in the hallway is going to change the fact that the company wants to shrink its workforce, shrink its revenue, shrink its profits, and shrink its costs. We’ll shrink and shrink until some new management trend comes along. Blaming this shift in priorities on “woke” or “BLM” or “CRT” or whatever other 18 month long panic that’s occurring on the right is simply a distraction.
There is no “woke-ness” happening in the Ivory Tower. The same antiquated thinking that OP shows (believing that WYW is somehow tied to losses in productivity and being “woke”) is alive and well in Building 220. Coming into the office isn’t going to save this company - clear, actionable strategies with measurable KPIs that are tied to leadership performance (not the lower rank and file) is what 3M needs.
The comments at the bottom of Fox News’ website weren’t working for y’all, eh?
Say it louder so the ivory tower in St Paul can hear you!
