As stated, new to BR area and can already see the cluster in BRES. What’s the deal with that org? I can’t seem to get one honest answer from anyone yet.

If you can’t figure out what’s wrong then you probably don’t belong here. It’s pretty obvious that the site has poor management. I won’t list any names but there have been some that had several visits to hr in her career.
Yeah we have 2 discipline leads. Both take credit for others work and do very little to actually make projects work. They force maintenance and others to do their jobs for them then get all the credit. One wants to go to core and use really big words while the other is just trying to make it to retirement. Both lie and are useless. Since they are involved in the ranking process the junior engineers do everything they tell them in order to try and survive. The problem is management and the leads so the poor engineers are living a very toxic lifestyle until they can jump ship. Problem started about 3 years ago in engineering and about 10 months ago in the brcp special purpose group. SP is now a shell of what it once was with more folks leaving soon.

HR does not collect data about why the individuals quit. Collecting such data would be a case for action and HR wants to avoid making EM a place where employees are happy long term.
Increase US attrition and move the work to BTC.
Those of us still here are stuck doing the workload of multiple people and receive no credit for keeping the base operation going while we're drowning.
BRES supervisors have no clue what they are doing. They are just trying to look out for themselves, and dgaf about their teams who they have no idea what they do. My supervisor is a BTL puppet, makes me do things that look good for him.
BMT (BAES) is just as bad if not worse.
BR complex in general just can't be made to fit the new model.
Expect it all to be sold off in the next few.
Unless - grace be to Mars - it all gets nationalized for the big war machine.
With stockholder compensation, of course.
In the meantime, the board considers BR to be an unfortunate zombie from olden days.

The group has been gutted. Even our drawing folks were let go. Drawings will take years to get accurate again. Classic mismanagement. As others have said, all that’s left is the chaff and folks that can’t afford to leave.
Must be talking to managers and group leads. You’re talking to the wrong people.
Lost another great sp specialist yesterday. Ask yourself why would anyone that close to retirement quit? The answer is pretty obvious
The best ones left. Young and old. GLs take credit for work and fight issues that don’t exist in order to increase their worth to sls that dont know any better. Mismanagement there and in Sp mach8nery. Follow the folks that are leaving, perform exit interviews and you will find the issue.
Possibly the highest attrition in EM.
The ones left are having to cover for their departed colleagues.
