I see every now and then Cisco engineers giving themselves the job-title Senior Software Engineer on LinkedIn. That title does not exist within Cisco. Does it refer to Software Engineer 2, 3 or 4?

SWE I (Bachelor's New Grad)= G4
SWE II (Masters New Grad, or Bachelors + 1yr exp) = G6
SWE III = G8
SWE IV = G10
TL = G11
Sr. TL = G12
Leave Linked in, I have seen some are editing internal directory to add prefix in their title as "CTO", Forbies members, SR. Chief, etc
