Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Louder for the people in the back

Quiet Quitting doesn't mean refusing to work. It means doing what you feel you are being paid and valued at. Me? I still work but only at about 60-70% of what these id--t leaders think I should. I am underpaid, underappreciated, and not respected so I decide how much I work based on the above. They want more work they don't expect it but they show me that it is respected, valued, and that I be adequately compensated. Simple as that.

@aes+1kIYOjyt said it perfectly!

This accomplishes nothing. Hold yourself to a higher standard, if you’ve put up with Allstate the last few years, you certainly are capable of excelling elsewhere. Focus your energy on learning new skills and pivoting to a new role, company, etc that you enjoy and pays more.

You sound complacent and I would guess you’ve been complaining on here since the 2020.

Any time I see someone write "...for the people in the back" I immediately know I'm dealing with someone painfully unintelligent so I honestly appreciate you being really up front. Thanks!

Well said. I decide how much I work in a day. Not them. They lost that right as employers.

Economic justice. Tommy and crew this is what happens when you go woke. Sad you have mistreated your workers. Wage justice for all will be the name of the game since unions are out on planet blue. Too bad. India is next to revolt against this serf mentality. Time to awoken yourself to the new reality Tommy. More lawsuits more dismay. It’s so fun isn’t it ? Your reputation needs major repair. Start with a big fat bonus for all the underlings.
