I don't know what you all are complaining about cause for 3rd year in a row this place of employment is named top global employer and top employer in 23 countries.

A joke for sure. Incompetence leadership in It. Many in director as nd snr director not even equipped or qualified. Same would have been l7 resources in PBc days. Only in this org does laws of gravity work opposite way.

Toxic culture.
These rankings are games. Only a % of employees need to be polled and the company can choose who it surveys. The rankings are meaningless.
Employers are employers! They all are more or less same. Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Google and others are also laying off people. Where I set my eyes on, may be the next one to let go. Let's us not forget, we are here because we chose to be and we continue to be. The moment we find something "better", we go. We let go cleaners/gardeners and other contractors in our personal lives.
It's all about necessity and options - supply and demand! I have no soft corner for this company, nor for any other. Those who are firing us, are also eventually fired as we have seen.
So do not cause stress and unhappiness to yourself. Keep looking for an option that you would prefer and meanwhile carry on the best you can!
Wonder which of our “noble” leaders in this rancid organization paid that ranking company off to get that recognition. What a joke 😂. Either way it’s a complete bull. Ask any insider like myself and we all know the truth. This company is a disaster in every single regard and is anything but a choice employer. More likely an employer of last resort. Good riddance. I’m out this year!
