Felt extremely hurt by behavior of seniors .My previous company where I worked as a contractor , trusted and respected me and my knowledge and integrity towards work compared to here. Zero appreciation for all the good work done and only eager to point out the negatives. Never felt so humiliated in my entire career. Pathetic work culture.

They only “say” they respect you at MetLife. Two faced backstabbing liars. If you aren’t a hand picked anointed one - you are under paid and considered sh$t and they are just waiting until you have served their needs helping with the implementation of something - AI - and then you’ll be kicked to the curb like a piece of worthless tu-d.
I left recently. Couldn't be happier. Wish I had done it earlier. So many ignorant people in manager and leadership positions who shouldn't be there.

Don't ever refer to anyone there as your seniors. Regardless of title and compensation, no one, and I mean no one, is better than you. They try as they may to gas light, but don't let them. Don't feed into their insecurities and inadequacies.
