I hate to see people being laid off, but fully support the direction we are headed!

Y'all are living under a rock and listening to the CWA reps a bit too much. Look at the trend across ALL retail, not just wireless to see that in-person shopping is declining so that adjustments have to be made. Single channel company locations will either be expanded to cover all offerings or they will close.

Some. Not all. I can’t believe the media has fabricated this! Shocker!

Only the Experience stores and a few strategic legacy stores will remain. Over 3500 retail reps will be out of a job by 2024. Sorry all. Sad but true. I'd say, learn to code, but that isn't a path anymore neither.

Verizon wins the CROWN to be the worst- coming from personal experience. Company still talking about their average network and acting like they are a Premium brand and charge accordingly by pushing "Value" of their buffered network. They don't have the slightest clue of what value the public recognizes as a value. How d-mb are the people in position to run the company? Maybe that's why VZ gained only 8000 subs last quarter. Clearly the people have established what "Value" they are looking for. Not to mention, VZ has about 10 re-sellers at the moment to drive even more sales from their CORE business, which is wireless subs, not a pathetic credit cards and No Yee home and business internet service. This entire industry is in the gutter and VZ leading the way down to the ocean floor. Save yourselves people.

so many remote job in the market, quit and look for something else, why working for a company does not treat you well, this place is even worse than AT&T.

Yes this has been the game plan for a while. It's related to the Costco "stores" much less rent and overhead than leasing retail spaces.
