Avaya Enterprise Mist - AEM is for those customers who aren’t quite ready for the Cloud. Mist, like Avaya’s other new offering Avaya Enterprise Fog - AEF, will allow CX to be transformed in the CCaaS space without transforming anything. The technology will help generate meaningful experience reports of all the Fog and Mist on the Cloud journey, these can then be used by management to show that the Cloud journey has begun.
To avoid doubt all AEM and AEF reports will project numbers to reflect the maximum user base possible as provided under the old on premises legacy systems but in the new atmosphere and accounting will therefore reflect this possible reality as fact.
