No amount of hiring can help this company ..The talent base is long gone across all disciplines. At best it is cr-p shoot as to what and how things get done ..especially considering so much has been off shored to third party workers ..Shipping , accounting and billing issues resolved in 24 to 48 hours now take weeks to clear if at all ..

I have zero faith in anyone who just cares about the dividend. Sell the stock if its that poor of a dividend!! Don’t make peoples lives any more difficult.

People just don’t have the ability to think anymore. They won’t even try.
Good idea alert - There needs to be a program where Xerox trains prisoners and upon their release hires them in as techs and sales reps.
Because someone who has no idea how this business works took over towards the end of last year. Chopped heads in both service and sales. After the headcount reduction, People who didn't want to be the last rats on the ship left, now Xerox finds itself with not enough service techs nor sales people to handle the dwindling customer base. Good luck finding new recruits!

Because Xerox' compensation isn't remotely competitive, anyone they hire will be bottom-of-the-barrel.
Maybe it’s simply the fact that so many left, count the number of people you know in your area in the last 2 years.
