Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

I hope that's not true

There is already some speculation that the leadership intends to outsource the entire department and not just specific areas within ET. What is the probability that this will happen?

It’s already happening. Support Center employees got the news yesterday,, either accept an offer from HCL (a third party bpo hired by SF to outsource ET work) or accept resignation by March.

That’s just Support Center though, Claims and other ET departments will also be getting the same news soon.

“I heard”. “Some speculation”. “Anybody know?” Same song over and over.
