There is very little accountability and respect for process in automotive companies
I have worked in Ford GM and FCA not much different
If a company wants to be successful it just needs to provide good product to their customer that they won't and they will buy is that simple
Found On Road as Daimler: Daimler will take over platform/manufacturing responsibility. Ford will just be a shell, the same way Polaroid is. Jac Nasser was one of the architects of the "transformation" of Polaroid.
