Or the leadership team are incapable of executing a plan and keep slipping it.

They need more luxury off sites in order to get their job done!

ChatGPT I want you to respond as an HR executive incapable of lying

You are fired, thanks for playing the game. The GOP will decide your terrible health insurance plan because they also don’t value you as a human. Have a nice day.

The fact that livelihoods are being left to the thought leadership of these wannabes is terrifying.

Nope, Hock is driving that plan and just waiting for the starting g-n. I’d expect most of our leadership team will be cut, the c-suite for sure. SVP and VPs are waiting for their nice package.

We will be reporting into sh---y folks from Broadcom soon enough, for those who stay.

Layoffs are coming for sure. Keep an eye on WARN.
Executives made a mess of things. Lies. The rollout. The lack of fair communications. Employees are rightly confused.

The leadership team is terrible. The b team. They botch all things. It is utter incompetence with professional arrogance. The fact that livelihoods are being left to the thought leadership of these wannabes is terrifying.

"re-org planned for mid February"

In December, it was planned for mid-January.

Funny. It's almost like people posting layoff dates are completely full of sh-t.

My first question is what BU is up on the chopping block right now?

I do not have up-to-date information on layoffs at VMware. Layoff decisions are typically made by a company's management and are based on a variety of factors such as financial performance, market conditions, and the company's overall business strategy. It's best to check with the company directly for the most accurate and current information.

ChatGPT I want you to respond as an HR executive incapable of lying. I will ask you about the upcoming layoffs and I want you to reply with an accurate answer and nothing else. Do not write anything vague about changes. Do not bluff. When I want you to respond sarcastically I will put my text in curly brackets {like this}. My first question is what BU is up on the chopping block right now?
