Cut all ties or...?

To all of you that have been let go…DON’T be fooled into applying for new jobs that are forthcoming with the restructuring. There is no job security at T-Mobile. Especially if you have anything to do with the Metro side of the business. The very best thing you can do for yourself and your family is to take your severance and cut all ties with T-Mobile. I promise you will find something else. It takes a huge amount of courage to do this but at the end of the day you will be better off. I promise. Again…DON’T fall in the trap of hanging on in hopes to get another position. You owe it to yourself to move on! PLEASE trust me. I did two years ago and now could not be happier in my life.

I can tell you one Indirect team they need to get rid of is the one in Jacksonville, FL. What a joke!

Watch…Employees who were just let go might be re-offered another position and they will go back. STUPID! get off the train now before it derails once again. I don’t care how long you have been with T-Mobile… MOVE-ON!!

It is ridiculous and crazy the sh-t they get away with... they shouldny be able to switch titles and hire again right after eliminating the role they just said wasnt needed but they do and they shouldnt be able to comtinue these layoffs and continued bullsh-t restructures that they say they are then done with for a long time coming and two months later or even less here comes the hatchet and they try to secretly do it because they know theyre full of sh-t... they let so many incredibly talented people go and have kept some incredibly sh-t people that barely know their a-s from their elbow yet even turn around and promote those people and even worse look incredibly talented people over for promotion hire from outside and expect those highly talented to train for the spot they didnt get its insanity ... they send an email saying we get a bonus as if theyre sooo awesome but read between the lines it doesnt even payout the first part for 7 months and the second for 12 months and has a nice line " as long as youre still employed" well that just screams WE ARE DOING A TINY SH-T BONUS BUT BEFORE WE PAYOUT IN THE NEXT YEAR WE ARE GOING TO GET RID OF AS MANY OF YOU BA----DS AS WE CAN SO WE CAN NOT PAY IT OUT TO YOU SORRY SUCKERS ....while all these koolaid drinkers are all oh my god TMO is amazing we get a extra bonus such id--ts

I've spoken to a few employees who have been let go. They honestly think they will be re-hired. And then they will have their jobs back. What a joke. You are test rats in a lab. If you don't have the foresight to see what is happening then you deserve to stay there. Be smart. Leave the company and go get another job.

I have inside Intel that further cuts will be coming. Guaranteed. They will offer some employees who were laid off the option to re-apply for their positions with different titles, but this is an inside 6 month bandaid. Has something to do with Corporate Finance Strategies. Round 2 will happen in June. And these positions will be eliminated. Plus more! Trust me. Get out of that company. You owe it to yourself and your family. And your career stability. MOVE ON!!!

Could not agree more...do not go back to T-Mobile. They will change your tittle and then get rid of you in less than two years. Get out! Take your severance and move on. Don't be a fool.

They do when they find out their friends were finally laid off as well.

I commented here years ago that if you had Metro in your title you are not safe. I hope folks were listening. So many people came back in new roles just to get canned again. I am truly sorry for everyone affected.

People are so happy that they come back here to post their thoughts. Right.
