Which Indian scam call center did they outsource this monitoring to? Maybe you should put applications in there, too in case the HCL thing doesn’t pan out for you?
if SF has a problem with the site they should have it removed, otherwise people are allowed to express their own experiences with the company and SF should not be allowed to retaliate against an employee because of it and the way the company operate I’m sure no one would be surprised if their IP address was tracked.

This is absolutely NOT TRUE! Look into Protected Concerted Activity. Try researching some of the laws involving privacy and whistleblowing. And really...bottom line....State Farm does NOT CARE what you say here. They will do what they want to do.
