Class action lawsuit? Didn't Legere promise job growth with the Sprint merger? Who didn't see the writing on the wall when they sucked up to DC with a briefcase full of lies to get that pushed through? And now y'all are taking the brunt of it.

To all of you that have been let go…DON’T be fooled into applying for new jobs that are forthcoming with the restructuring. There is no job security at T-Mobile. Especially if you have anything to do with the Metro side of the business. The very best thing you can do for yourself and your family is to take your severance and cut all ties with T-Mobile. I promise you will find something else. It takes a huge amount of courage to do this but at the end of the day you will be better off. I promise. Again…DON’T fall in the trap of hanging on in hopes to get another position. You may get one. But what you won’t get is job security or any really happiness that you are working for a company that cares about your well being. You owe it to yourself to move on! PLEASE trust me. As a former Metro employee I did two years ago and now could not be happier in my life. TRUST ME MOVE ON!!!!!!!

Isn’t Metro and T-Mobile the same company? Why do you all refer to yourselves as different? Or am I missing something??

If you know your worth. Look outside of T-Mobile to a company that will value you.

So much for promising job growth and expanding business to the government to approve the sprint takeover. Total bullsh-t with no accountability

The 50% increase in stock grant costs the company basically nothing. All it does is dilutes the value of shares held by existing shareholders (company just issues more shares, so current shareholders own a smaller percent of the company's equity). If you're lucky, it essentially adds $.25-.50 (25-50 pennies) to your hourly wage. For managers, it might add an extra dollar per hour to their hypothetical hourly wage. Meh. Show up with a one time, 5-10% raise for all non-exempt employees, and then you'll get more magenta Kool-Aid drinkers (and the work ethic and (re-loyalty) that comes with that)).

they increase the stock grant based from the layoff, it is clear that they are cheap leadership.

TMobile's leadership is awful and they are the one's who need to be fired! They are ruining people's lives by having them fear daily if they will have a job or not. It's sickening what they are doing! 1000's laid off today and with country going to cr-p how will these people get jobs and support families? Congratulations T-Mobile, hope your happy Mike!
