I don’t know about everyone else store,but at my store we have mostly ex fast food employees as new hires, because belk does not want to pay, fast food attracts (for the most part) bottom of the barrel employees who can’t find work anywhere else, for one reason or another.

If they are valued, why are they paid minimum wage?
Bless your heart. I am thankful for the smiling face of the Bojangles worker who hands me a delicious biscuit and hot coffee. All workers are valued.
