SJ is going to cream his pants due to meeting AM in person. The ‘dolly-bird’ is going to be upset at this and drive away in her Porsche crying after shouting ‘you cheating b*trd’ at SJ.

As I stated in my first all hands call I will hold regular meetings to give full and frank updates. Only if we are honest and put the companies future above all else can we be successful. On the 17th I will update you about my difficult, but productive, meetings with our largest customers and partners and let you know that they are with us on this journey. I will also remind you that we all must make the hard decisions in order to move forward, I know with the lack of AIP for 2022 many have been disappointed, but as a company we need to protect or finances and reflect the position we are in.
I will also thank the board for waiving the stock purchase requirements and paying me $10m in cash, without which I would struggle to make ends meet.

I’m hearing rumors from employees that they will not file Chapter 11 and the meeting is to update employees on the restructuring steps they will take and how it will effect them.

Im sure he is nervous about being called out on the big bonus he got and getting to keep that 4 million that was supposed to be used to purchase stock.
I agree with @elx+1kDJfRNH. Just a "keep working" meeting everything is good, We are now a "destination place to work" this financial stuff is just "Noise".

Will be just another update ! No one is expecting more! If it was going to be something major like announcing BK or acquisition: the meeting will not be planned 2 weeks beforehand ! It will just popup in your calendar same day like in 2017
