Every time I have used CareAR, it has drained my phone battery quickly and overheated it. One time I had to let my phone cool for 20 minutes before it would allow me to start charging it again.

An ivory desk in an ivory tower.
By the way isn’t Ivory illegal? Hmmmm
Interesting concept there ya know.
It’s a useless product yet we are constantly forced to promote it to customers who don’t want it. Annotate a picture and text that to me instead of CareBear stup*dity.
Remember…. A monkey can fix this equipment Right? Sure. No problem at all. 30 years or 30 minutes. It makes no difference. Right?
Bad decisions after bad decisions…but somehow expecting a perfect result.
Fricking Amazing People. 🤷🤷♀️
You get everything that you deserve xerox. Which equates to nothing at all.
It has about as much substance as a snake's shed skin

Lies, deceitfulness, greed, and rash egotism, that's what the petulant children of Carl's X Holding Co leadership team are made of
No.
It only appeals to those who want to replace in person customer service with cheap subpar overseas labor.
It will be cost saving in the beginning but will turn into a dumpster fire with wasted money and resources for failed diagnostics and losing customers who don't want to be some technical extension when they have a service agreement.
The only folks who praise CareAR are hidden behind an ivory desk with no clue of how it's negatively impacting customers.
