When taking PTO and FMLA protected days is it normal procedure for those days to be used against you and written in your final write up for the year?
I feel like TM’s may be opening State Farm up for a potential lawsuits.

It’s not legal. There’s a lot of new TMs out there that don’t know what they’re doing. Bring it up with HR ASAP and they’ll fix it.
