Comdoc. Cr-p machines placed everywhere in terrible environments and lousy accounts. Comdoc would farm out the service to other companies and then the service call just drops out of the sky, while customer waits for service, even though i get text that call has been in limbo for a week, before i got it.

Dearm the situation as You are what the customer sees. Nice job. Maybe i can go to steel mill where there is no contact information and no one picks up the phone. Or better yet service a machine in the back of a Prison camp.
Lovely Comdoc. You can have Comdoc. Every call is a total hassle and hunt for the equipment. No thanks.
