I cannot in good conscience recommend people to apply for work at Up. Just not gonna do it …..

Who cares? It doesn’t matter if you recommend someone or not. There will always be people thinking this will better their lives and the are crazy enough to work here with the lifestyle we have.
Hey friend, want to come work a job that the company is actively trying to abolish?
You get to sleep in your car, shower at the gym and see your family every other year for the next 5 years until the company eliminates your position.

It is sad to see how blind management is to the point that they can’t even figure out that they are their own worst enemy for employee retention.
I referred some crack heads I found under a bridge. Unfortunately they turned down the job.
I don’t hate anyone enough to do it even with the money being offered… fu-k that.
How many mechanical employees are actually furloughed? Can’t seem to find the breakdown between mechanical and management. Thanks.
