Our Belk in Greeneville Tennessee is getting thin on merchandise. The employees were packing up the shoes and purses in boxes today. Also, all of the cosmetics are gone. Is this happening at other Belk stores? Thanks.

I am serious. You can call the store and ask.
Decades ago, Belk had outlet stores called TAGS. That business model was an absolute failure. Hope history is not repeating itself.

The signs on the door now say Belk Outlet coming soon. They have removed all home goods, purses, shoes and cosmetics.
