Wow. Heartless. The 401k plan is not going to make up for the difference. Thanks Careless!

Here’s what a real benefit program is. From the Boston Consulting Group. Angela Celestin has done nothing but chip away at employees benefits. Imagine if CareFirst offered this package. The retention and recruiting problem would be greatly remedied.

HBCU commenter: Did you type that with your white hood on or off?
And they wonder why there's so many employees walking out the door
I have not heard about the $50 401k administrative fees. Was the announce or another gotcha?
If you look at the 4/1/23 changes coming for the 401(k), you see a new $50 annual administrative fee being passed on to participants. Just another was to shift costs to employees.
Let’s talk about hiring from HBCUs. How many times did we hear that in the CEO Town Hall? What about all qualified candidates? CareFirst = woke on steriods
They don't care about anyone who has been with the company for several years. They only care about newer, cheaper employees.
