Official Xerox documentation says, "generally by the end of January".

Same time as every other payout, last paycheck of the 2nd month of the following quarter. So, end of Feb.

I thought Xerox removed their 401K matching benefit, but maybe not. What is the current Xerox matching percentage for YR 2022?

What an absolutely misguided fool you are. Amazing. You remind me of the kid across the street that screams “my Dad is better than your Dad !!!” Just to aggravate everyone. First of all i was not fired i left for a better opportunity in the IT sector. Secondly. It is indeed my time to “waste” coming on here.

Thats what irritates you. People vocalizing what they think about xerox, and how the company treated people.

I saw what xerox did to many of my friends and employees that inworked with. Then you come on here blowing smoke up everyones rear end like you are someone special and all powerful.

Afraid not… you may feel like a keyboard warrior here, all high and mighty, but you are sadly mistaken.

I have said nothing but the truth in what i have seen or been exposed to at this company. To say it all falls on deaf ears, truly makes me question your intelligence, and your motives here.

You just don’t like it when someone calls you out on what you post. Well let the people here decide themselves.

I am sure that xerox is extremely crooked, and you yourself are not far behind in your actions.

Awaiting the name calling by such a superior intelligence. A legend in your own mind, no doubt.

I grow weary of your reply.

Aww…looks like I struck a nerve. It’s your prerogative to waste your time posting daily because of your hurt feelings. Just know it falls on deaf ears. You’re just part of that 1% of $hitty techs that were let go for the right business reason and nothing will ever change that. Scream that from the rooftops….no one is listening. All we think of is this: https://youtu.be/BNx8OiWiKcw

A 401k match is hardly payment enough for all the garbage xerox has put its people through. Twice Nothing is Still Nothing.
We don’t cry. We just leave and do whatever we can, whenever we can, wherever we can to tell people what sc-m xerox is, and how they manipulate their employees and customers.

If thats being a cry baby. So be it. But somehow….i doubt it.

The only thing worse than xerox, are the foolish or corrupt people that want to believe in this companies token gesture.

It’s sad when people from corporate have to come on here and try to alter the truth, and skew the facts.

Then they try to discredit everyone who has an opinion, that doesn’t fit their agenda of getting their golden parachute.

Give people credit for coming on here and at least trying to tell the truth and sharing what they have seen here at this insidious train wreck.

And …Yes people who have left have every right to post here, regardless of what you think. We do it because you dislike it so much.

Hope you don’t choke on your dividend check of .42 cents. Don’t spend it all in one place.

Xerox has absolutely no idea of what they are doing, other than flying the plane on autopilot till fuel runs out.

Happy landings. 🛬

In before the ex-crybabies that swore up and down that Xerox would not follow though with the 401K match. Oh the horror!
