They go around it by keeping people on payroll for 60 or 90 days since the layoff date so technically they will be in compliance. Same thing as 2018

It sounds like as long as F8 layoffs are 249 or less they’re allowed to only give 60. Shrewd.

It’s 90 days IF site wide is 250 or more people. It’s not.
