Here’s a suggestion for X, why don’t you send a survey out to all staff when they can reply anonymously (or not if they wish) and tell the SLT what’s REALLY happening out there. No hiding just pure honesty.

I have been saying this for years. Although, to someone's point earlier, when they did them nothing happened anyway.
But yes, there are some Managers that are horrific, literally tyranting peoples lives. But the Manager talks a great story, performs well on the surface (hides a few things) so they are a hero. People shouldn't be fearful to go to work. Worried what personality they are going to get that day. There is one that is absolutely psychotic and she gets away with it.
Absolutely Disgusting!
They used to do employee surveys every couple of years, they were anonymous but no one ever took any notice of them.
I remember our team slated the manager of the time and she (VSP) never went through the results with the team, although we did find out via another manager what they were.
Steve does not care. The problems are obvious. Regular employees don't understand what the plan was from day 1. He is in it for another year or 2 of comp if the cash holds out, which seems unlikely. Reinvention was never really a thing. If you cannot tell that, there is no hope for you anyway.
They don’t and won’t hear it. They are too deep into the reinvention that staff aren’t a priority. They know they can replace everyone overseas hence Steve saying if you don’t trust him you can leave. That’s his way of saying it makes it easier for them to not pay you off
