That's easy. Post conspiracy theories and/or political opinions in the comments section of this week's Check-in. When Fran sheds a crocodile tear discussing LRs, immediately retort "Biden did this! Let's go Brandon!". You'll get a call an hour later.

Come on, you don’t have to ask family for things. It will happen in it’s own time. Nobody is immune.

That’s how you get promoted at Cisco, not laid off.
This round has no offers of volunteers (early retire, etc.).
Depend on reasons which you want to be laid off - just this round because there is a new job or you want to leave anyway (such as start a new business, retire, etc.).
If you want to leave anyway and want to collect severance, then, make yourself redundant in your group, for instance, talks a lot but no real contribution.
Just say something non inclusive right wing on the monthly LT meeting. U will be gone soon. Or otherwise silent quit.
